As a learner on DocExams, you will be a part of largest and most diverse medical learning communities in the world. We expect all students to follow underlined rules for healthy learning environment.
Be polite:
- Treat your fellow learners and tutor with respect.
- Insulting, condescending, bullying or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Do not harass other learners.
- Polite debate is always welcome as long as outcome is constructive instead of attacking others.
Be sensitive:
- Remember that DocExams connects students around the world having different cultures and backgrounds.
- Be kind, thoughtful, and open-minded when discussing race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or controversial topics since others likely have differing perspectives.
Share appropriate content:
- You may not share inappropriate (e.g., pornographic or obscene) content.
- Do not share copyrighted content unless its source is properly highlighted.
Dress code:
- All shirts or blouses should be dressed with modesty, not being too revealing or tight, must cover shoulder with modest sleeve’s length.
- Articles of clothing having alcoholic, drugs, violence or with obscene, suggestive or questionable printing is not allowed.
- Sunglasses are not to be worn unless prescribed by a physician.
Surroundings:
To ensure healthy learning environment, students must make sure to take class at a place which should not have distractive scenes or noises. For example taking class from a coffee shop or beach or any other public place will not be a good idea. Let your family, fellows or roommates know that you should not be disturbed during class. Remember that a distractive learning environment will always distract not just you but the whole class.
Punctuality & Lateness:
Although you will be provided class recording no matter you miss or take the class but one student’s punctuality or lateness may affect the whole class and specially your tutor. When you join late, you distract the flow of your class and might be asking questions for something which has already been covered. We will appreciate you being punctual and joining the class even before 5 minutes.
Students who repeatedly break these rules may be removed from the course and/or may lose access to the DocExams course without any refund.
