Please use the following steps to purchase a renewal for your subscription:

1. Login to your Qbank dashboard on our website.
2. On the "Welcome" tab in menu, click at “Buy Extension” link.
3. Chose the extension offer best suites to your requirements and click “Buy” button.
4. Follow the checkout steps through filling out required details and place an order.

Upon a successful transaction, you will be sent a confirmation email.

A renewal or extension of time to existing Qbank subscription will not start the subscription over, provide a reset or grant access to additional MCQs that were previously not available. This renewal or extension will be available from the existing expiry date, not from the date of purchase and cannot be deferred in any way to start at a later date.

To qualify for discounted renewal pricing, one must renew / extend before the expiry date of existing Qbank subscription. Otherwise required Qbank will need to be purchased on regular pricing but it will regain your previous records in your Qbank. Please note, records will only be available if subscription for the same Qbank is made within 3 months, otherwise all records will be removed automatically.

If a person subscribed for multiple Qbanks, renewal / extension for one Qbank will not apply to any other Qbank.
