Upon payment / subscription of the appropriate Qbank, we grant you limited, personal only, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, non-exclusive access to subscribed Qbank application from multiple locations/computers at different times but not at the same time.

Ownership: The licensed materials, including all intellectual property rights within the licensed materials (such as copyright) are the sole and exclusive property of the Site. By indicating that you accept these terms, you do not become the owner of the licensed materials, but are entitled to use them according to the terms of this agreement.

User Account & Security: You must create a user account through providing all required information which should be complete and accurate. You are entirely responsible to ensure the confidentiality of your login information (user name and password) and activities that take place under your Qbank account. You agree to notify the Site immediately for any authorized use or activity take place under your account. We will not be liable for any information loss that could be of any nature within your Qbank account due to misuse of your login details by someone with or without your consent. However you could be held liable for losses incurred by the Site or third party as a result. We routinely monitor Qbank accounts for any uneven activity like multiple login attempts from different computers at the same time. If we believe in our sole discretion, that multiple users are using a Qbank account at the same time, we reserve the right to terminate that Qbank account with immediate effect without any notice and refund.

Ordering Qbank: You agree to pay the amount for Qbank subscription in advance before activating the service. You authorize us to charge your credit card or other means of payment for the deduction of amount. We work with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.We charge for each successful transaction attempt and provide a confirmation of such on our website and send a confirmation email to the registered email address upon each successful transaction on our website. You can also log-in to your account on our website and click on “Payments” section to retrieve a copy of your payment receipt(s).

Refunds & Cancellation: Except as otherwise provided in this agreement or at our sole discretion, we will provide you refund or no refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions will be allowed. Normally a refund is offered if we receive a written request by the subscribed user’s registered email at Site, within first 2 days of a subscription. Any refund is subjected to processing charges, paid to bank or any other intermediary company; these charges may vary from 3% to 10% of the total paid amount. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the user is found to be in violation of this agreement or acting against Our interest.

Renewals: Renewals are offered to continue usage of the current Qbank subscription. Renewals are not offered after the expiration of the existing subscription period. Renewal allows you to practice/work on an existing Qbank for an extended period of time. Renewal does not reset your test history or any other related information. Your renewal period will start automatically once your existing subscription period ends unless you notify the Site with a desired start date before using the extended period.

System Requirements: Below are listed the minimum requirements for our application to work properly. Presence of some anti viruses, firewall and VPN may affect user experience.

Access via Mobile Devices: Although our Qbank application can be accessed through many modern mobile devices, but it is not intended to be a replacement for computer access. We do not warrantee full functionality on ALL mobile devices and may choose to discontinue offering access via any or all mobile devices at any time with or without reason or explanation. You agree that the Site will not be held responsible for any damages/ data loss resulting from the direct or indirect use of the Qbank application. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be honored due to inability to use Qbank application on any mobile device. Your mobile must be using Wi-Fi internet connection while using Qbank as low internet speed may undermine the full functionality of Qbank.

Analysis & Reporting: The data reflected in Qbank analysis and different reports is only to determine your weaknesses and strength. This data is generated based upon our own proprietary algorithm. This may not necessarily reflect your performance in the final exam.

Permitted Uses: You may print out the allowed content from the most current version of the database solely for your personal educational use if you include a source reference to the Site and its copyright notice. “Allowed content” refers to that part of the Site content where we specifically provides a “Print” icon for printing. We reserve the right to restrict printing for any content in the Site.

Prohibitions: You are expressly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or modifying any or all of the licensed materials. No part of the licensed materials may be copied for resale or other commercial use or offered for sale or reproduced on any bulletin boards, web sites, discussion forums, Internet domains, or online chatrooms. You many not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted at the Site. You may not disclose or share your password with any third parties or use your password for any unauthorized purpose.

Affiliation: We are a commercial educational service provider for medical students, residents, graduates and post graduates who are preparing for different medical exams. We are in no way affiliated with any of the offered examination organizations.

Confidentiality of User Communications: Except as required by law, We will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications, which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to the Site. Your postings on any public arena, such as a message board or in any chat room, will not be protected as confidential, and We may use and disclose information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how, or other intellectual property) for any purpose deemed appropriate by the Site.

Violations: In the event that you breach any term of this agreement, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate this agreement, your access to the site, and its provision of services to you without refund. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such breaches.

No Warranties / Guarantees: We provide Qbank application and its associated material “As Is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. You agree that any subscribed Qbank material is not a warranty for your success in related exam. Errors, Typos, Omissions etc are possible and indeed likely. We do not represent or warrant that the Site or our services are in any way related or partner with any medical exam offered at the Site.
