What is your Qbank refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any of our Qbank, you can always claim full refund within first 2 days of its subscription. Please note that processing charges will be deducted which may have been incurred by the intermediary bank or online merchant which could be 3% to 10% of the total paid amount.
You are not eligible for refund after first 2 days of subscription. If you still feel that you are eligible for refund then kindly raise the question from ‘help’ option available in your Qbank dashboard.
