MOHAP exam Requirements for Nursing
To apply as Nursing for Ministry of Health And Prevention (MOHAP) exam, one should;
- Have nursing degree / diploma and registration certificates
- As per revised requirements, registered nurses with Bachelor's degree, no longer need 2 (two) years experience.
- Not have a gap in the work record exceeding two years duration.
- Have a certificate of functional fitness from the Department of Preventive Medicine, if the applicant is aged 60 or older.
- Have DataFlow report with 'positive' or 'not verified' status
- Have BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate
MOHAP exam documents requirement for Nursing
Candidate must provide the following scanned valid documents for initial processing.
- Nursing degree/diploma.
- Matric & Inter certificates and marksheets.
- Valid nursing license in country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
- Evidence of all nursing experience or certificate(s) issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department, or Medical Director.
- Recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) from the country of last employment (Certificates are only valid for six (6) months from date of issue).
- Valid passport copy.
- One (1) colored passport photograph with white background.
