MOH AP exam Requirements for Pharmacist

To apply as Pharmacist for Ministry of Health And Prevention (MOH AP) exam, one should;

• Have degree(B. Pharm/M.Pharm etc) or Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy recognized in home country.
• Have registration with the Pharmacy council of their home country.
• Have atleast two (2) years experience certificate in retail or hospital pharmacy in private or government sector.
• Not have more than a two-year gap in the applicant's work record.

MOH AP exam documents requirement for Pharmacist

Candidate must provide the following scanned valid documents for initial processing.

• Degree (B. Pharm/M.Pharm etc)/Diploma and all years mark sheets.
• Matric & Inter certificates.
• Valid Pharmacy council registration certificate in country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
• 2 years experience certificate issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department, or Director.
• Recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) issued by the pharmacy council of your country of last employment (Certificates are only valid for six (6) months from date of issue).
• Valid passport copy.
• One (1) colored passport photograph.

MOH AP exam Syllabus for Pharmacist

Ministry of Health And Prevention (MOH AP) is a CBT (Computer Based Testing) Prometric exam having 100 MCQs with a time frame of 2(two) hours. Required passing marks are 60%.

The syllabus will cover broadly most area of pharmacy, clinical, pharmacology, therapeutics, pharmacy calculations are asked a lot these days, over the counter medicines and patient counseling. Below is the list of all required subjects;
