I am having technical problems while having live online classes. What should I do?

We have categorized such technical problems and their possible solutions below.

Class joining issue:
Refresh / restart your browser / system and then re-connect your online class by clicking JOIN NOW button. We suggest our users to use updated Google Chrome or Firefox on a PC. If issue persists, please contact immediately to Docexams Support at our WhatApp, Imo or other social contacts.

Audio/video problems:
Once you try to connect to a class session, you will be prompted to allow access to your microphone and speakers. Be sure to click Allow. If you are using a PC or a Laptop, please ensure that your microphone and speakers are properly plugged into your device. Check your audio driver plug-ins is installed, active and volume level is up. We recommend using headset with a PC to avoid voice echo issues. If issue persists, please contact us immediately through our social contacts.

Devices issues:
Docexams application is made for all computing devices available in the market like PC, Mac, Android, iOS, etc. In case of any device issue which is out of our scope, please read device manual or consult with your vendor.

Internet speed issue:
You could have a bad internet connection. For PC or Mac user, we recommend at least 1 Mbps or better (broadband connection).  For Smartphone user, 3G connection or better (Wi-Fi recommended for VoIP audio). If your Wi-Fi connection is not stable, use a cable to connect with the router.

Power break down:
Docexams platform is fully equipped with a power backup system. In case our backup system failure (rare case) we will restore the system within an hour or less. Users will be able to re-join the class session.

In case of power break down from users’ side, our live online class session will continue. You can re-join this session before the class ends. You have another choice to watch recorded lectures from the recordings archive.

Sudden class end issues:
If this sudden end is due to DocExams, we will restore the system within an hour or less. If this sudden end is from tutor’s side, we will try to sort out issue through communicating with him/her via available means and restore the class again. In both the cases if delay is of more than 30 minutes then your class may be postponed.

If this sudden end is from users’ side, our live online class session will continue. You can re-join this session before the class ends. You have another choice to watch recorded lectures from the recordings archive.

Firewall or antivirus issues
Sometime firewall or antivirus may cause to block access to your camera or microphone by other applications or it may cause to block all kind of pop-ups. It is advised to properly configure in their setting options to avoid such issues.
