The Dataflow group conducts Primary Source Verification (PSV), a process of verifying the applicant’s documents directly from the original or primary source that issued the document, to confirm its authenticity, to ensure that subjected healthcare professional has the qualification/experience/licenses he/she claims. This process normally takes about 20 to 30 working days upon submission of a complete set of documents and making required payment.

For DHA exam, one is initially required to visit Sheryan self-assessment portal and create a personal ID which is required for Dataflow process. Now you can visit Dataflow website to start your PSV application.

• Register as new user and provide required information. Make sure to use the same data you used to register with Sheryan.
• An activation email will be sent at your provided email address with a link to start your Dataflow registration process, click on that link.
• After logging in to your Dataflow dashboard, start uploading your recent clear passport copy. Fill out all required details marked with red asterisk on this page and click on 'save' button.
• On the next tab, you will be required to select the category and sub-category relevant to your profession and click on 'save' button.
• Download the letter of authorization and upload a scanned copy after duly signing it properly.
• Under Create Case section, select the type accordingly. If it is your fist time to apply for Dataflow verification then chose 'Creat a new Dataflow case', select regular or premium service options and click 'next' button. If you are already verified under other health ministry/ authority (HAAD/DOH,OMSB etc)and wish to transfer it to the current health ministry or authority then chose 'Transfer a previous Dataflow case', provide the required details and click 'add case' button.
• Start filling your educational, employment and licenses details and upload relevant documents clear scanned copies accordingly. In most cases issuing authority field contains pre-populated data which may contain the name of your issuing authority. On the other hand click at the link 'I cannot find my issuing authority from the list' then provide details manually. For multiple educational/ employment/ licenses documents verification, repeat the process after clicking at 'Add another -----' button. You will have the option to skip any component which is not relevant to your profile.
• After successfully inserting your details, review your data to ensure it's correct. For any changes, click at the 'Previous' button to make desired changes. Once you are satisfied with the provided details then click at 'Next' button.
• Provide correct mobile number to get updates from Dataflow regarding status of your application.
• On the last payment step, select your preferred payment option and make required payment accordingly.

Once your verification is completed then you will be notified at your registered email address and it will be automatically linked to your Sharyan application.
