Once, you have obtained Unique Identification Number (UIN) via TAMM website, you are good to start your Dataflow PSV at DOH Dataflow portal.

1. Visit Dataflow website https://www.dfdoh.com/
2. Register as new user.
3. Select 'applicant' as user type.
4. Enter your email id.
5. Confirm it. Agree with disclaimer and click register button. This time you will receive login details from dataflow in your inbox. Login with provided details.
6. Change your password with new one.
7. Once, inside DoH Dataflow portal dashboard.
8. Click at add new case button to start your dataflow application.
9. Select new application package option.
10. On this page, select none, as you are not sponsored by any health facility, otherwise select facility name and upload facility declaration form, after duly signing and stamping it from the concerned facility HR department.
11. Select the category.
12. On 'personal information' page, upload or manually enter your passport details.
13. In letter of authorization section, download, digitally sign it, and upload it.
14. Download CID form, and upload it after properly filling it.
15. Review the uploaded documents checklist, click at 'Save and Next' button.
16. You will be redirected to dataflow payment details page.
17. Verify the amount and click on make payment button.
18. Once your payment is successfully completed, then dataflow will send you a payment receipt at your email address.
19. Once your DoH PSV application is reviewed by dataflow, you will also receive a dataflow reference number at your email address. And, usually within specified amount of time, your application is verified, if having no discrepancy.
