Why I haven’t received my payment yet?
Please review your Payments page after logging in to your tutor dashboard. It will clearly show any balance as your cash out earning. If you see payment status as ‘Paid’, means that you’re earning has already been transferred at your selected payment method. Most available payment methods transfer money within 24 hours. If you do not receive your payment even after 72 working hours, kindly report to us at our help center. We will be happy to assist you.
